Extremely helpful in filling some forms out for me..nothing was too much bother..
Man that came to my house to try to keep the cold out and warmth in was miserable filled in the forms saying I wasn't confident in saving energy not confident when using my heating system which is a lie he made me out to be senile which I'm certainly not won't be using this service ever again as it's not for me
