Costa in Guisborough is very disappointing, they don't serve ice tea or ice lemonade drinks unlike the stokesley branch, the disabled toilets door doesn't lock, and it's inconvenient for my disabled partner. Service is very slow and not much choice in toastie sandwiches, seats could do with replacing as they are too low to sit down on, especially for people who have back issues.
