When we first saw the flat we immediately fell in love with it. I really appreciate Twiz for trusting us, and for all the help she gave us. I was hoping until the last moment that we will be accepted,and with Twiz's help ..My wish became true. " 5 Star's going to Twiz". Charlotte is ever so sweet , honest and always willing to help , and for this she deserves more than "5 stars " . Looking forward to this new friendship! Yeyyyyy...new house noowwww ^__^

Terrible company to deal with, they managed the property in my building. Randells were to say the least unprofessional, rude and couldn't manage anything to do with property. It is a outrage that companies like this, actually are on our high street and still operate. The manager there should be sacked.

We recently started renting a property managed by Randalls and I couldn't rate them more highly. Charlotte made what can be a stressful process, extremely easy and straight forward and always went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had, no matter how silly. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Great estate agents - worked hard to find us the perfect home and then everything moved quickly and smoothly after. Would 100% recommend with lovely, polite and helpful agents!
