Her wardrobe design is as promised, Gurpreet stayed with us throughout the entire process, answering questions promptly, providing insights and advice and making sure the job was going well. This is all in addition to the vision she had for our space, which far exceeded the original concept we had in mind. With her help, we now have a fantastic space instead of just a nice space! Gurpreet made sure that with her design, we understood all the options and constraints when we made suggestions or changes to the wardrobe layout. The cabinet selections were also wonderful.MBS have a high quality array of choices for each consumer, so you come out with a functionally superior product rather than something that just looks good for a short time. I've got a Quartz kitchen done for my new house and MBS have done a super fab job! The entire experience has been great, smooth, knowledgeable, patient and excellent standard. Speak to the lady dynamic, Gurpreet and you're home is sorted!
We are delighted with the design and installation of our under stairs cupboards and new shoe storage cupboard. From our first meeting working with Gurpreet who guided us through ideas to seeing the final CAD projections, gave us a precise indication of our finished products. The product itself is excellent and it has made such a difference to for us storage wise and made excellent use of what was a frustrating area of the house. The team that did the fitting were polite, professional, hardworking, and very tidy. Thank you for the whole team for going above and beyond. The end product is exactly what we were hoping for and what was once wasted space is now a beautiful and neat storage solution.
MBS has supplied our fitted wardrobe and they have done an amazing job. Gurpreet has been very friendly and professional and never hesitated to give advice and help. She always found time for us, listened to our request and helped to speed up the delivery despite the Covid situation. Dear Parminder, Leaving a negative feedback for a small business is not a decision I take lightly. Unfortunately on this occasion not because of the constant mishaps and delays as per other reviews. It was more the way you lied through the whole transcation after I had handed over my money. Once I have time I will rewrite a true reflection of my transcation with you. I hope 30 years of trading will help you to offer a better customer service and not just maximise profits. By the way the enclosure you sold me was available online cheaper and has had so many complaints from consumers that they had to change the name of their company and setup again. Hence there's no complaints yet of the same enclosure under there brand new trading name. Something I think you will be doing soon. As I said once I have a good length of time I'll revert back to this review and give a more precise account of my sorry translation with yourselfs. Wish you learn from this and treat your future customers with a bit more dignity.
Have used MBS for two of my home renovation project in a span of 3 years. It might have been a nightmare if not for MBS who took us through both the project without any hassle. It has been an absolute delight to be their customer. MBS has been our one stop shop, where I could get my total refurbishment of my house done. Product: MBS’s kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom not only provide top-notch products but also they are of superior quality which caters for high & low-end design. MBS products are far ahead of any other retail brand you can call for in quality. We decided to go with MBS as their products were comparatively way cheaper to any high street brand without compromising on quality which is hard to find. We got our bespoke kitchen bedroom and bathroom for both our homes made to measure. Things that high street brands were not able to provide us, MBS were able to do it. MBS guided us with the right choice of design selection, materials also suggested with right upgrade and downgrade were necessary. Staff: All the staffs are well experienced and guide us in selecting the right product and design. As a customer, we were always treated with prodigious custom this goes without saying all member of staff were very courteous and helpful. Their hidden years of experience will always guide to the right product of your choice. Shop: Initially when you walk into the shop looked to work in progress place. But once you speak with the people working there you did understand MBS is constantly renovated to get new design and products to show customers. MBS can offer a wide variety of choice, we were pampered for choice. I would highly recommend MBS for their customer service and products. Our dream home came true here. Try yours
MBS supplied our kitchen and appliances back in 2017. They were very professional and Gurpreet was very good at listening to our needs and designing a kitchen accordingly and at price that suited our budget. They came all the way to surrey to fit the kitchen and almost 3 years later we are still very happy with the results. My father recommended MBS to me after they designed and installed the kitchen and bathrooms at his house back in 2005. I would highly recommend MBS Bathrooms and Kitchens and will use them again in the future should the need arise.
