I visited the Hayes store today to purchase a mattress for my elderly mother. I was approached by a young lady called Bobby who was most helpful. I explained that my mother not sure what type of mattress she would like. The store manager who’s name I believe was harry suggested that she should go a lay on various mattresses and she which one she would prefer. The service I received at this store was excellent and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. Thanks u to a great team

Popped into dreams in hayes today- Kishan was great. Helped up with choices and explained everything and wasn't pushy like alot of these places can be! In and out with a new bed and mattress within 30mins! And being delivered on Thursday such a quick delivery. Can't comment on the delivery service etc yet but the store was fab with a great choice of beds and mattresses very happy!
I visited the Dreams Hayes to buy mattress for my parents. The staff Kishan, Bobby, Harry and others were all very kind, patient and helpful in their recommendation and assistance. I made purchase in my 3rd or 4th visit and every time, I received the same excellent customer service. Definitely recommend them and the company should be proud that these individuals are representing them.
Went to buy a new bed from dreams today and was welcomed by a gentlemen named prince. He offered beverages around the clock which was great because i was thirsty after testing multiple beds. Prince then suggested i try the bed which is a machine with built in device to see which mattress would suit me most, after that he guided me to mattress he called the fakenham pocket sprung mattress and there it was. It didnt take me long to decide that this was now going to be the mattress i would purchase and although there was a issue with my payment Prince found a alternative way for me to pay because i forgot my bank card. All in all prince was excellant in his service and had a comedic side a credit to dreams.
We loved visiting Dreams in Hayes. We were promptly greeted by Harry, the branch manager, who then proceeded to walk us through everything we needed and wanted! to know about mattresses. We used the sleepmatch technology to find a list of mattresses best suited to us, and honestly, when we tried them, the mattresses were some of the comfiest we’d ever tried. Highly recommend sleepmatch and also Dreams Hayes, as Harry was a phenomenal help.
I went into dreams wanting to buy a new tempur mattress for dreams and was served by the brilliant Umar. He delivered amazing customer service and made understanding what I was investing in so easy. I ended up buying a tempur cooling pillow too because of his great customer service. He even called me to tell me about the new offers they have and was happy to sort out taking money off my already paid for mattress! Will definitely ask for him again if I have any problems or in the future buy more new things!
Walked in with no particular specifications, knowledge of mattresses or budget, yet walked out beyond content with my purchase! Received amazing service from a gentleman Ali, incredibly courteous, patient and mannerisms that not many salesman do have anymore; having genuinely had my best interests at heart. Store was great, but it was his services that made it so much more! Thank you!
Prince was very helpful at the Hayes branch and assisted my family well and answered every question and concern we had. We love our purchase of the bed and mattress. Recommended.
