Smooth, quick experience overall. The pharmacist Kishan was lovely to talk to and sorted my prescription out quickly. He was also able to give some solid advice on muscular pains that I had and recommended some items that I have used and can see improvements.

I love this place. Always nervous about any vaccination. Kishan the lovely Pharmacist completely put me at ease. Easiest travel vaccination ever. So nice. Highly recommend. Thanks so much

This pharmacy is the WORST. There is a male guy he is so dam rude …. None of the people working there have manners they r so rude nd unprofessional…. My Gp sent my daughters prescription to Channa when i went they asked me to go to their other branch when i go there they say we dont hve it …. they ask me to go to some other branch i got angry and confronted that guy nd he tells me i was lying nd says i m rude and disconnected my call ….:. Worst pharmacy ever come across in my so many years…..:People who work think they r God nd Goddess no smile on their face dam it filled it pride and attitude wonder where will they take it and go ….i wouldn’t give even one star …….zero stars …..

I recently visited Chana Chemist and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by pharmacist Kishan, who went above and beyond to assist me. The photography staff, Dinesh and Shaan, were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are unmatched. With such a wonderful team, I highly recommend Chana Chemist for all your pharmaceutical and healthcare needs!

Absolutely lack of professionalism. The prescription is not fulfilled in time. The staff is incompetent and doesn't fulfilled their responsibilitied. They keep telling you via phone or in person that they will order your prescription after weeks of prescription being delivered and not doing it. Do not make the horrible mistake and do not use this place.

I did work experience at Chana Chemist a while back and I learned quite a lot. My mentor Geeta was very helpful, she taught me about date checking, how prescriptions work and organising medicines. Very good experience overall!

It was a great experience when I received help from Geeta Ibrahimy over the phone regarding the injection information in detail that I was seeking. I am grateful for her assistance.

Staff are always very helpful and knowledgable. Always advised if a longer waiting time for prescriptions and help with alternative counter meds if cheaper options available.
