Worst store in history Don't BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE PRPDUCTS ARE NO GOOD CHEAP QUALITY WITH HIGH END PRICES. STAFF ARE UNEDUCATED AND STUCK UP. IF YOU BUY FROM THERE YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY TIME AND PRODUCT

My initial view about this store and Sales process was very good. I was feeling great until I made payment. Unfortunately my experience after making payment till fitting wasn't good at all. I found communication was very poor at customer service desk and worst by sales team when I raised my concerns. I m been asked to empty room for fitters when I made payment for furniture moving. So I end up requesting for give me refund if I need to empty room for fitters, then why you ask me to make payment for furniture moving. So at the end I would like to say that when things not going smooth then no one tried to ensure customer is happy or retaining customer. One satisfied customer tell others about good service and same applies to disappointment customer too. I recon management need to spend some time on development of their staff.

Just come out of the Hayes Branch absolutly godsmacked at the 'service' received. Unsure of the salesmans name. Went in there knowing exactly which sofa, mattress, bed frame and dresser unit we wanted having been the Slough branch previously. After saying 'we're here for the customer and to get you a great deal' numberous times, we came to disscussing the price, this is when the salesman changed. First we came to £2140 for the lot, then came down to £1950 (and took off the furniture protection cover from the bill that we had ALREADY told him we didn't want). He went away to 'call customer service' as he said that the sofa we wanted would be reduced to £999 in the upcoming bank holiday sale (£200) cheaper than we were paying, so although our bill would say £1950 today, it would be reduced to £1750 to account for the discount that we would get on the sofa (he couldn't give us this in writing though). When he returned, the price had somehow gone up to £2165! So we told him it was too expensive so we would have to leave it, his exact response was 'okay bye' and ran off. Abolsutly appulaing service and we walked out open mouthed. Such a shame as the products were gorgeous, but the service is clearly not worth the hassle.

I am writing on behalf of friend - Not good service , delivery issues and wrong product . She ordered Sofa , they came to measure and when delivery came its gone to wrong address and finally come to friends with wrong sofa ! they waited again for 2-3 weeks still wrong sofa on second attempt - after struggling for 2-3 weeks they again attempted to make it right and still no compensation of discomfort & time waste .... when they come to apologise which they never did - they offered £100 compensation for time & discomfort but my friend said instead money we need small table/stool to go with sofa they completly said no and wasted there time . SO NO GOOD Compnay and no good service !

Extremely friendly staff who are very helpful and willing to help out in any way that they can especially when it comes to sourcing products that are not on display in store or establishing lead times. Good selection of quality furniture
