I will not be recommending Karpet Kingdom to family or friends in the future. Having recently purchased a 2 bedroom terrace house, our overall quotation for hard floor downstairs and carpet upstairs came to £2,300. Once payment was made we were then informed that this didn’t include underlay or grippers (an additional £250! Meaning overall costs would’ve been £2,550!), and was simply going to be applied using an adhesive. This means that we would have potentially had to replace this flooring in a few years time due to possible wear and tear. I do not feel that as a customer I was treated fairly, and therefore a full refund was requested.I would rather take my custom elsewhere.

Our business has been using Roger Harrods Karpet Kingdom for around 25 years and have a great relationship with them. They are always professional, efficient and extremely reliable. We would highly recommend Roger Harrods.
