Nice selection of clothes/home decor with fair and cheap prices. At the tills, cashier Sophie was very polite and engaged in conversation with us. I would recommend this store for clothes shopping or home decor
Amazing customer service, tidy and clean store, had items I was looking for. Even though I used a self-service checkout, the staff member on duty was helpful and friendly, helped me repack my shirt and found a discount code! Don't get the same quality of service in other large brand shops in Southampton - very well done!
We found exactly what we were looking for in this shop as we had seen it advertised on the Internet. We also bought some other bits and bobs. The staff were also friendly. I would always check the Internet before coming here though.
Clean and tidy throughout the store. Staff were really attentive and friendly. Good choice for blokes who hate shopping and begrudge overspending on clothes.

I saw an add on my phone about a special offer at Mataland. So, I went to my local store at West Quay retail park. I went inside and was looking around for the item. I found the entire store to be really tidy and well set out as if it had just opened. I found a member of staff who, I later discovered was the manageress. I bought the item on offer and continued to look around the store. I was very impressed by everything. I don’t normally shop here but upon seeing this immaculately displayed store I will definitely be coming back again. The prices are also very good value too.
Always a great selection of must haves!! So silly placing their tills at the back of the store though
