The 2 women are fantastic and so so helpful. They patiently help you choose, the spend time making sure everything fits even if means trying 2 or 3 sizes. Absolutely brilliant

Friendly staff and great variety in store from costumers, masks and face paints. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't return any unused items for example if I brought face paints and didn't open them they would not allow a return. But all in all good shop and will sure be back

Masquerade Fancy Dress Hire. With thirty years experience, this Family run business has expanded and grown over the years. The quality, and variety is only exceeded by the amazing customer service. The Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve used this Costume hire shop every year, probably for the past 20 years. Despite the challenging restrictions and Covid distancing, I felt safe and confident. Fantastic Team, when we get through this madness, give them a try. Happy New Year Masquerade. WATFORD. SANTA
