Uniform takes a long time to be delivered and when I’ve ordered in the past the quality hasn’t been too good, I’ve orders as I wanted my child to have the school logo on fleeces etc.  My latest order was for collection and it ran smoothly. I got an email to collect.  Parking is hard to find as it’s an industrial estate with loads of other companies. Luckily we found a spot. I was in and out within 5 minutes. The shorts were tiny for the age they were meant to be. Have kept them for my younger child.

All the people I talked to have been lovely and answered my questions over the phone so many times.  The only thing I find to be a problem is the deliveries. I wanted to have jumpers with the school logos. I do acknowledge you get big orders, and It`s hard to do them at once, and it takes time.  I placed orders and waited to be delivered, but I had to go to Watford twice to pick them up. Two jumpers did not arrive in time for school start, and we waited to receive them for around 3 weeks.  We had to call every few days to check for the items. We were told they have been posted and there is a strike, and we should expect a delay, but when we called again after a few days, we were told we could pick up.

Just awful! The uniform came 2 days before the start of school. The quality is very bad, the jumper came with a hole right at the front, clearly no quality checks were done. The trousers cannot be ironed due to poor quality of the fabric and it came with such bad creases that even a good wash didn't lose them. And all just to get the school badge for the pictures. Absolute scam!

Absolutely shocking, I wish our school had just dealt with uniform orders like they used to, instead of passing it to this lot. Ordered a month ago and still waiting, son is freezing in class, order dates to dispatch misleading, useless but polite customer service. Won't be using again.

I ordered from the mapac website to buy uniforms on September 14th, they did not send my products until September 27th. When I call to get information today, they say we have no idea when we can send it to you. we do not currently have a uniform and am looking for an alternative way to purchase Kind regards

Never again will I order from here. 3rd year in a row the order has been late even though I ordered before school holidays. Called customer service to be told they are waiting on cardigans but will not send the rest of the order out  until they receive them even though I now have 3 children without uniform to go back to school in 1 weeks time and as it’s bank holiday next week only 5 working days left so looks like no uniform to start school year again

Julia at Mapac couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. There was a slight hitch with my order it can happen but she resolved everything quickly for me. I'd actually been holding off calling as I thought it would be difficult to get sorted but couldn't have been more wrong. Thank you Julia and thank you Mapac.

2022 delivery times are far too long. It's ridiculous.  2021.Ordered uniform before the cut of date stated. It has still not arrived and kids go to school on Monday.  I have tried calling and emailing. No response. Unfortunately this is the only place I can get the uniform from because the school uniform is not available in early years etc.

Unfortunately, this is the only place I can get the uniform.  I haven't bought a cardigan for a month. Is there any other way?

Absolute rogue dealer, on the web site they state delivery to school the first and third week,  but placed a week before the first week and was not delivered should wait for the item literally a month for ridiculous delivery.
