I used to love this shop. Unfortunately all the good staff have left leaving you with terrible argumentative managers. Avoid avoid avoid so messy and dirty now too

AWFUL experience in the Rickmansworth store. Staff member extremely rude surrounding my right to test a product. I politely said that it had a tester sticker on it, rude remarks and scowled at me across the store as I left. It was the most horrible experience I have endured whilst shopping in any super drug store. Woman needs to be pulled up on her disgusting customer service and arrogant attitude. Whilst coming into a beauty and cosmetic store, you wish to be made welcome and be greeted nicely. However this was the opposite like it was a problem to be in the or HER store.
