Advertised as a superstore online. Not a chance in hell is this Tesco superstore.False advertising at its best.

Had to stop using this store . The isles are full of large stock trolleys and staff filling shelves making hard work to get to products. Stock control is a joke there are large empty spaces. Real shame this used to be a good store.

Rapidly becoming a third rate store. Stock control is a joke. Permanently has large sections of empty shelves. No baguettes or ciabatta by midday on a Saturday and in-store bakery won't make any more as they've "made our quota for today". Frequently no croissants or pain au chocolate. 16 different types of oven chips, but no potato croquettes at all. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

The car wash staff are rude and unprofessional. I asked to get mine done soon cos I’d only be 5 mins in the store, he explained he had two before me and he can’t do mine before theirs... that’s fair enough so I agreed. I come back to see that he started on a third car that was after mine! I pointed this out to the owner of the car wash and he lied saying he was before me ( I even have a dash cam to prove it). I said I’m not stupid it was him who told me which two were before me and where to park and all that. Instead of apologising and admitting his mistake, which I would have accepted, he continued to try and come up with excuses like he doesn’t deal with the order or some rubbish. What’s the most annoying thing is that he knows I’m a regular and we’ve had small talk before but he just plainly lied in my face and knew it and didn’t even care! Someone going ahead of me is not a big deal but the lie and excuses is what really gets to me so I left. I can’t believe that Tesco allows people who don’t know how treat customers to wear their uniform let alone sub contract the car wash to him. Do they not have standards? They’ve totally lost me as a regular customer. I absolutely hate liars
