Purchased a costume online from them that didn't fit. Emailed them twice to request a return authorisation code as their website says to do and got no response. No phone number to contact them, have no confidence that if I send the item back they will send me a refund. Would not recommend them unless you know for certain what you are buying will fit.
This shop has a great range of Fancy Dress costumes for any occasion and I've always been impressed with the help they have given me. My kids love it there! The variety and quality of wigs they do is also amazing. If there's a Halloween Party, 80's Party or any upcoming event I know where to go, it's the perfect place to shop for all adults and kids fancy dress! Thank you, I'd definitely recommend your shop x
What a fantastic shop, took my children in there at the weekend to search for fancy dress for upcoming party. There was a great range to choose from and the layout is good as it was easy to see the choices of fancy dress available. The staff were really helpful, checking the sizes available and letting my children try the costumes on for size. Nothing was too much hassle... Even with a 3 and 7 year old. The lady who helped and served us, I think her name was Donna, really couldn't help us enough. Very understanding and good with my indecisive children. I didn't realise that the fancy dress castle done balloons, wow the ones on display and being collected were amazing. Definitely where I'm going for the children's birthday balloons!! What a gem of a shop in Watford!!
As a fan of fancy dress. I think this place is wonderful. They didn’t quite have what I wanted but they were very kind and explained that they could order it in for me. The next day I received a phone call it had come in. I was pleasantly surprised how quick they were. Would recommend to anyone who is struggling to choose. The staff in the shop helped me pick my outfit! Thank you x
I placed my order just over a week before I needed it. I paid extra for tracked delivery so that I could track it's progress. Delivery was advertised as 3 to 4 days. After asking several times for tracking information which I was never given they emailed to say that Royal Mail had let them down. They said they had one in stock and would send it next day as I needed it by then. I got a message shortly after to say that although the system showed one in stock they actually didn't have one so they could either send a 38" chest instead of the 44" chest suit or give me a refund with only one day to find something else. In my opinion they charged me extra for tracked delivery and they either sent it standard delivery and it got lost or the more likely explanation being that it was never sent at all. Needless to say I never received the parcel and will never use this company again. I urge others to seriously consider using somewhere else where hopefully they won't be lied to and will actually get the parcel they ordered. Gave 1 star out of 5 because that was the lowest option but I'd have given less if I could have.
Avoid if possible!!. Went into shop looking for a santa suit the young lady in the shop was extremely grumpy and unhelpful no smile spoke to us like she wasn't interested made us wait while she did other things, against our better judgement we purchased a suit however we soon after found out it wasn't required so went to see if we could take it back within the hour, and was told that they don't do refunds and it's stated on the receipt which is a bit late to be told that once you have already purchased. In summary avoid, no goodwill towards customers even at this time of year. Customer service abysmal.
What very poor service, I didn't think it would be possible to receive such poor service. Ordered a costume with these in plenty of time and received a delivery date which was a load of rubbish. Rang up and was told this was definitely out for delivery and I would receive before the weekend, again this did not happen. I explained i am now going away on a weekend and I need a fancy dress for it. They promised me they would send one recorded delivery to the address of where I was staying. I said this would be great. The day of the event went by and still no fancy dress, it was all obviously a big joke to them. This ruined the night as we were the only ones not in fancy dress. Really poor service and I will never use these again. It seems as if they just dont care!
Staff is friendly! Shop is small but you Can find good dresses!
Always very helpful staff. Good range of costumes available for all ages, and they also order in the size you are looking for. Quality shop for wigs and accessories too!
What a lovely shop everything you need and the staff are very helpful. I rang this morning to ask about zombie contact lenses which they had and they where very reasonably so definitely go back again.
