Poor poor customer service staff was very cheeky girl black hair shoulders length needs some customer service training me and my husband and kids could not hear ourselves speak music terrible vile disgusting words be played our kids had to listen to it food cold smell of weed in disgusting toliet had to comeback out could not use them lots of young men hanging around diffenty think some dealing going down thinking no one can see them bar staff smell drink of his breath lots of kids running about mad no control over them thought we found a we hidden gem but what a dump floor dirty deep stairs terrible and dangerous front door all smashed in please people don’t go here very disappointed won’t be back and will be letting our friends and family know the terrible experience to only good thing is leaving here maybe they can look at the issues they have but the reviews on here all seem the same bad very few good wake up management fix your issues

The service is rather apalling. I usually get deliveries couple times a month, however everytime i make an order they tend to spend more than the required time to deliver ( 2hrs longer) and the most annoying part is the attitude even after i waited for my oder for 3hrs and missed one part of the order, they didn't see the need to apologise or offer a discount (not that i care about the discount as it won't be more than £2). They promised to call back and offer solution on how i can get my money back but till now i haven't received a call ( 2weeks and counting ).my honest opinion to Calabash is this, if you guys are very busy tell whoever is ordering you are busy and give them a truthful delivery time or better stop your home delivery during busy service. I don't even want to start on the quality of the Egusi or vegitable soup( the spice is out if this world) . If i am being honest they do not deserve a one star rating and i truly hope you guys change.
