Was sent here for serious mental health reasons to then be cut off on the phone with a cold response for "missing" one appointment by mistake (called 10 minutes beforehand after getting lost because I was being sent somewhere else to meet them) and for rearranging another even after calling beforehand to explain why I couldnt make it. Never got any help in the end.

terrible services. in desperate need to speak to a doctor but only told to phone at 8am every morning in which case by the time i get through to be informed there is no appointments and to do the same the next day. Never had an appointment made or even spoken to a doctor over the phone. Absolutely disgusted at the terrible service and can only rely on NHS 24 for any medical help.
