Shocking service. Tried calling for the past week to get an appointment for urgent daily medication and was unable to get through. Walked into the practice to be told they couldn't give me an appointment and to try again tomorrow. Told them I needed my medication as I had ran out and been off of it for 2 days as I was unable to get an appointment and was told to fill in a request but I wouldn't have anything for the next 48 hours. This isn't the first time this has happened. Actual joke of a surgery.

Actually met 2 different GPs so far and they were super friendly and helpful, both of them :)

Reception, GP’s and majority of the staff are rude with bad attitude for the money we pay there salaries. 
I am 7 years in there books never really happened to need any of the services now I am pregnant 18 weeks and I can’t even get to see midwife.

The Medical Centre can be described in one word........BRILLIANT. Service is out of this world and the Doctors, well words can't describe. When I went in for my appointment I felt a sense of warmth (got a new heater). The waiting area is superb and the reception staff are always on the ball and ready to answer any questions you may throw at them. Furthermore, the experience doesn't stop there. When I walked into the Doctor's room I was met by a nice smile and a LATEX glove (Had to have something done downstairs).

On the whole, I had a very enjoyable and emotional day out. DEFINATELY TAKING THE HUBBY AND KIDS.

Have been with this centre for almost 30 years and cannot express enough the excellent quality of care.
