I can highly recommend Mark at Northwood. We purchased our home through them in November and Mark was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble and he always answered our questions and was prompt at calling us back when he said he would. We would definitely use Northwood if we decide to move again! Thank you so much for helping our move go smoothly as it could.

We sold our house through Northwood in June this year and had such a positive experience we have now let our current property through them. Always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Our first time for selling a house. Everything was done in a rush. Had to pull them up on the photos they did for us, and then the spelling mistakes in the literature. Our house wasn't the most tidiest, though in a good location. It was a stressful event from start to finish. I would use an internet based agent in the future at a much less fee.

A great service, from a great team. They really pulled out all the stops to let my property. Highly recommended

Terrible agency for lettings if you're a tennant. Extortionate fees for a dire and lacking check in inventory (extremely poor resolution photos, missing items, no detail of faults) and unbothered staff. Won't let you come to you're exit check out then side with the landlord on all issues. Having never had money deducted from my deposit in 3 previous places of residence they somehow manage to find something and then try charging ridiculous amounts for it. Don't use this company for your own sake. Oh and 5 star reviews from the staff just below? Hmmm
