Our delivery order was over 40 minutes late after the expected time . After 30 minutes I called to see where our order was, to be shouted at and told it was on its way . Which took another 10 minutes to arrive. The chips were cold and the burger was slightly warm . The delivery guy looked stressed and no apology to why it was late
Phoned up to place an order on a private number, man who answered asks for my number then misunderstands me. Proceeds to be really rude and blame it on me for not having my number showing. Terrible service, told me he was allowed to be rude because he was busy. Won’t be using ever againService: 1/5

Awful. Did not turn up after 1 hour 30 mins so rang them. Gave excuses that driver couldn’t find us, had rung us and then we didn’t answer the door! All lies and when I told him this he got aggressive then put the phone down. Went down there and he called the police on us!! Delivery driver lady turned up who could hardly understand me so no wonder she couldn’t find an address 2 miles away!! Vile awful people who probably spit in your food. Avoid avoid avoid. I hope it closes down.
Awful service from the people who work here and they constantly got the order wrong and refused to admit they where at fault my mum ordered chicken on the rotor and she got lamb. She called back tried to correct it. They got it wrong again and gave her spicy food witch she is deathly allergic to and we called up and had a go at them as we mentioned the allergy the first time
I'm happy with food, however, a Kebab isn't the same without the jalapenos which I specifically ordered with mine. I asked for them so politely in the comments box online, even said please and thank-you. I only have a takeaway once a week but i find that you don't get all of the order online because it's not looked at properly. I'm not lazy, I've just finished a 13hr shift. For me, it just isn't right without those bad boys. I've either got anul about this or really disappointed . If you want your order correct then you have to go in.
TJ created a delicious bespoke vegetarian mezze I wanted to take to a friend who has been poorly and needed something tempting. All fresh and tasty.
