Absolutely disgused with Marlborough vets, my parents dog/baby passed away this evening at 7pm , had an appointment aweek ago concerns raised were played down by them , we phoned these as they were regularly used, asked them about our options and if we could take her to the vets they stated to take her tomorrow morning no other advice given ,my parents were absolutely devastated as it was. Very unprofessional and no compassion what so ever, we phoned valleys vets who were fantastic very supportive and could not be anymore helpful, our other family member will not be using you from now on as his dog is not just a pet , appalled..........
