Friendly staff but restricted range on offer. Was advised to order online as they have a small range in this store. Parking available.

What can only be described as a harrowing day, shopping for a suit for my son for Prom. We walked Yeovil, from Bridal shops, to small shops, to big departmental stores, we were losing hope to finding one. What surprised me most was the common theme of ' we don't stock a big range, go home and Google it!', and not very helpful staff. A last stop to Next, Yeovil. A warm welcome and smile. A genuine 'Can I help you?' A lovely woman named Carol, who made several trips to the stock-room, found a lovely suit, that fitted like a glove. She also offered fantastic fashion advice, and won my son over and made him feel like a million dollars. She kitted him out, with shirt, and tie, shoes and belt so he could see the whole effect. Brought tears to my eyes. Carol, you are amazing, and nothing can replace the personal touch with customers. Thank you again :-)
