I ordered online a pair of shoes, and they said will take 3-5 working days delivery, but I was very pleased when my order it was ready for collection on the 2nd day from when I ordered. Very comfortable shoes, fast delivery and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Really friendly staff who are helpful and understand the product, without being pushy. I didn't know this level of service still existed in retail, let alone on the Tunbridge Wells high street!
