We like our local M&S store. Really quite handy with free parking. The Men’s section could be a lot bigger though

I love this m&s nice mens stuff in there nice clothes and food hall and the cafe much better than John Lewis and very nice staff

The lady in charge of looking after "Charities"  in this Kingston Branch is far too dismissive. Last Summer, went in hoping to see if the charity i worked for at the time could have food provisions that expire the same day or next, which could have ended up binned by M&S but helping those people that need them. Please note, We did not ask for money. Just food provisions. Her reception was off. She didn't even appear interested in what was being said. How or why do you put a person in charge who doesn't appear to even have the will to help? Disappointing.

Love this shop i use it regularly lovely food hall cafe good selection of clothing. You can always find something. The staff are all always so cheerful and helpful. Great store. Parking can be difficult at bus times, but for someone who hates the shopping centre and cannot be bothered walking round heaps of shops this is perfect
