Sportsdirect Llanelli

My husband and I went to the llanelli store yesterday afternoon. The store had 4 other customers in the shop at the time. There were 2 male staff members having a personal conversation, and continued to talk to each other despite my husband and I looking at various walking boots etc. None offered help or assistance for the whole duration we were in the store. The only staff member who was an absolute pleasure was the lady who served us with very short dark hair. She sounded local. I wish I had got her name as you need to keep hold of her, as she is the only staff member who fully engaged, offered help and lovely warm customer service . If it wasn't for the lady at the till , I would have only given one star. Seriously sports direct, sort out your staff with training, and employ more, otherwise you will end up like toys r us.

I can't believe how low the prices are on the clothes (and other items) here, yet at the same time, top quality. Also, the shop is very large and would take a long time for someone to see everything there! The staff are very polite and helpful. A definite 5/5!

Smallest section of women's trainers I have ever seen in this store. Not a lot of variety when it comes to large sizes for women too!
