Visited cafe for Brunch, plenty of food available to choose from and what we picked from the counter was delicious.nnCoffee excellent too, served quickly at the till and food delivered to table in good time also.nnOnly downside was it was busy, and many tables had food remains on. Customers didn't take notice of the self-clean element of the cafe and staff were struggling to clean tables quick enough for new customers.
Turned up at the wrong time for a bra fitting appointment completely my fault but Fiona assured me if I was happy to wait for about 10-15 minutes, she would be able to squeeze us in. She was very professional and made.my daughter much less nervous for her first fitting. She even quickly checked if it was just my bra that was really old, if if my size had changed.
Sunday morning coffee experience, unorganised, we got there for opening time cafe.nTables dirty from day before, bits of cake , sugar on multiple tables, cleaned our own, told staff, didn’t see anyone come around and clean them. Terrible, not what you’d expect from M&S
I've been twice recently, and both times, staff were amazing in the food hall . They were so friendly and accommodating. Dan and the ladies are amazing. Perry pig frappe are sooooooo good
Poor experience today. Returned items to pre agreed location Kidderminster with bar code. Unfriendly staff refused to accept or even exchange items. Refused to look at my email bar code. Ice cold staff. Treated me like a criminal. I threw items on floor. Never will I use MS again
