I ordered a pair of Padders Plus size shoes from this store via an online server. As I live in Australia, the last pair of Padders I purchased was from Kettering UK pre2019, and as these shoes had seen me through the 2019 bushfire, bushfire recovery, chainsawing, clearing up, hot ash, over creeks, through winter storms and having dug the veggie patch and rose garden several times seen several lambings and been weed and pood on by sheep, I thought it about time to buy another pair. Australia is not the best place to purchase a well-made pair of leather "work" shoes unless I wear a blokes shoe ! Imagine my surprise when I saw my shoe online from BLUNTS !! WELL DONE BLUNTS for selling Padders shoes. You sent them on time and they arrived safely here to me in the Adelaide Hills. I shall now consign my very worn-out pair to the dam in the hope that one-day the Romans will dig them up ! PS I am from Northampton - the once shoe capital of the world !!

Very helpful staff, did their level best to help my size 14 feet but sadly they were beaten! Not for the want of effort though. Car park outside for 30mins no return, or locally five mins walk. Two story building, men downstairs ladies upstairs. Big choice of styles for everyone well worth a visit!

Excellent service. We buy our granddaughters shoes from here. The staff are always pleasant and very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are also lovely with the children too. Can certainly recommend and will definitely be using them again.
Not a fan. Went in with an autistic child who doesn't like trying on shoes the best of times. We've been stared at and treated like a nuisance. Probably speaking with a bit of an accent didn't help, but hey... Our questions were answered in a condescending way and we didn't complete the purchase as the atmosphere started getting a bit tense. Won't be coming back.
Lovely lady helped us fit my daughter for school shoes. They have good safety measures in place and are all following guidelines. Blunts is the best company by far for our needs and the customer service is always exceptional
Regular shopper here with 2 young children. The staff are so helpful and patient. Can tell they know their stuff with fitting little ones shoes. Very patient and accommodating with my young daughter who is autistic. Would never go back to Clark's. So much choice too.
Visited the store today with my mom. Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us, realising that quickly mom had certain needs. Spent over 90 minutes there and nothing was too much trouble, staff were patient and understanding when my mom wasnt coping very well and went out their way to accommodate moms needs. Iv never visited a store with such excellent customer service. Id like to thank Mandy and Von for all your help today really appreciate it. Definitely recommend.
