It would appear trying to contact the store an impossibility by phone as they just don't answer

Shocking customer service. The worst I've seen in store. I asked a member of staff where something was and without looking up from the menial task they were doing they waved there hand in the general direction of where it was and said "by the Sondico stand" (everything in there is Sondico). When going to the till there was no one serving. I approached a till with my pushchair and a member of staff came from stacking a nearby shelf to another till and again without looking at me called loudly "this till please" in a monotone annoyed voice as though I was bothering him by requesting to pay for my goods. As I moved to go to the till another person approached behind me and once again "this till please" was announced. I mentioned I thought he was talking to me the first time and he "oh?" I told him the customer service e was terrible and the staff are ignorant and he said "oh right". Not one monkey was given. If you want to be made to feel as though you're getting in the way and the staff are doing you a favour, shop here. If you want to be treated like the valuable customer you are go elsewhere.
