The worst TK Maxx I have ever been to. Clueless and arrogant staff. The women behind the counter was so poorly trained she ripped the garment I was try to but when taking the tag off at the check out. Idiot kids working there also. Tried to charge me £9.99 for a £5.99 pair of socks saying he couldn't find the price. I found it within seconds on the rail. Spoke to the pompous manager who didn't care less. I'd love to train these amateurs in something called SERVICE!
