Good stuff but not really my style I only shop on this time round because I needed a suit for a family wedding it was good quality and under 200 pounds which I was really please with plus the staff working in this section very patience, polite and helpful it's was a nice experience

A cracking store for food and clothes allways shop at M&S when on road round Brittan covid alert staff social distancing in force at all branches nice friendly staff allways there to help got a pair of shoes off net and picked them up in store no charge nice Derek moores
Great for kids winter clothing items, live the foodhall too. The meal deal section could do with less poncy but more practical choices when it comes to sandwiches.
The clothing departments are good value. The food hall is still good value even with covid 19 ruining everyone's lives. It will take time for the store to get back to normal, I will be happy when it does.
I normally do food and clothes shopping very good experience but I noticed few time when staff doing reduced food prices and if they see some one waiting they rolling eyes and take trays away I feel so bad for people maybe they don't have enough money so staffs shouldn't do this
Bought shapewear from Birmingham store. After just one day's wear seams started to come apart. Now useless. Cost £70. for two pairs. I am an 82 year old pensioner who cannot afford M&S useless items of clothing.
This store has good reputation . If you looking for quality products this is the store for you. In general people are happy with the selection of the products
