Please avoid both stores and online unless you don’t mind losing money. Terrible staff, service, after service, attitude and products. Most unnecessarily stressful experiences.
Amazing store. Im Soo happy there's a John Lewis in the city centre. My favorite store. I really like the restaurant and enjoy having tea here.
Excellent modern layout here which works perfectly without unnecessary clutter strewn all over the place. Exquisite plethora of new items and reduced items clearly marked which is a huge help. Staff are friendly,welcoming and don't accost you which drives many people absolutely mad.
I was among the first customers to visit that exciting new store in Grand Central and I say get behind me and those to. Get the top brass to rethink on closing the store Birmingham needs it
This is a new age iconic John Lewis which is set in the heart of New Street station. The department store has several floors and includes a pleasant café on the top floor with a good choice of seating areas.
