Avoid purchasing from Harvey Nichols online at all costs, you will see from other reviews online you have no consumer rights what so ever and the customer service team are rude and obnoxious, theT&Cs on their website are switched off regarding damages and returns. I ordered a perfume online and it arrived damaged, I noted this to them within 2 hrs of receiving the item from DPD, the item was packaged within 2 boxes, because the outer box did not show any signs of damage on the proof of delivery they refused a refund, the box inside this was in a further box but loose within the big box hence it could move around the box which must have caused the bottle to smash. They have basically put all the blame on me even though I had offered to return the item back to them they refused as it is now hazardous and would reject any return for a replacement. I have spent well in excess of £200.00 yet my rights have been ignored. Please avoid purchasing from this company online at all costs. There are other reviews on other websites where they also have revoked other peoples consumer rights for other items so I am not the first and won't be the last but hopefully this will save someone else being in my position.
I love the bar restaurant and today I had brilliant service from a staff member called Bart. He was extremely helpful abs introduced me to the app and rewards scheme. He was very knowledgeable and has a great customer- centric attitude. My brunch was lovely and I'll certainly be back.
Beautiful shop and excellent coffee. Jacqueline from Hourglass did an incredible job with my makeover.
Good shop with exclusive brands with variety of perfumes, xenjoff, creed, memo...with a breasseire and bar inside. Some things are very expensive for normal people haha
It's okay definitely much prefer selfridges The options here aren't as great and the prices are much more pricey. The staff were following my wife who is mixed raced a bit too much I get there's keeping and eye but everywhere she walked they were basically stepping on her shoes constantly asking her what she's looking for when she'd said multiple times she's just having a look not looking for anything in particular but they wouldn't leave her alone. She was wearing alot of the items they were selling in store so dressed very well we also came in with selfridges shopping bags but they were clinging to her as if she was going to steal something Personally I was only asked once if I needed help then was left alone but didn't appreciate the staffs actions so we eventually walked out after I bought some small gifts. You don't get that at all in selfridges so if your looking for a more relaxed shopping trip and to be left to enjoy I'd recommended selfridges more The location is nice and the setup is lovely it's just the staff that made the trip unenjoyable.
Went for a specific item but they did not have the colour. Limited women's clothes selection. Good for browsing. They have a bridal section. I was expecting more clothes so a bit disappointed.
Had personal experience shopping with Gabby for my husband. She was amazing, she answered all my husband's questions and there were many She was polite and very helpful. I think if we didn't have Gabby my husband would have purchased one item and walked away quickly. A very big thank you Gabby.Your a credit to your team.
Mothers day treat 4 generations Booked as a luxury treat but to be honest I was quite disappointed.. The restaurant is located inside the main store.not a closed restaurant.. . We arrived 10 minutes early so was nice to browse around Harvey nics but would have preferred to be seated as restaurant wasn't busy... The actual afternoon teas were £35 pp.. It was all delicious and displayed beautifully.. Our hostess went above and beyond offering to make my granddaughter a frappachino when she over heard us talking about a well known coffee house.. This delighted my 10 Yr old granddaughter... Our chef explained what each item on our tray was and was very attentive and polite.. The main disappointment was that towards the end of our day it felt like staff were waiting to pounce for us to leave which made us feel uncomfortable and rushed which put a dampener on our experience.. But looking back on the day everyone had a lovely time so I would recommend a visit
Outstanding security team one member of the team name Carlton was very helping in helping us with great information and direction about Harvey Nichols and Birmingham City center ,
Bit disappointed by how small the food market was. Compared to the Bristol store, it was all very cramped and dark. Was going to have a scone and drink in the cafe, but the staff , didn't seem very welcoming .
