Clean and tidy. Polite staff

The old favourite Rackham's, now officially called House of Fraser Birmingham is a lovely department store carrying high end high Street brands along with popular high Street names. They have a lovely cafe zest at the top. It has a good selection of main cosmetic brands, handbags and jewellery on the ground floor

Went to Evans Cycles to ask look for pedals. I can't remember the name of the man who served me middle aged man who owns a Trek Madone, but he was really helpful and very knowledgeable about bikes. He asked me what bike I had and gave me some really good advice without pressuring me to buy anything. Great service

I love House of Fraser, although expensive, but good quality.

They have their unique style of presenting high end items and majority of designer labels are available.  So if your looking to spend items that has quality, style and well known products this is the place!

The House of Fraser store which is housed within the walls of the iconic Beatties of Wolverhampton - has got many reductions on fab designer handbags,  kitchen ware and household soft furnishings!!

Since ownership has fallen in the hands of vile Mike Ashley, sadly the store is a shadow of its former glory. So sad to see the pride of Birmingham's retail turn into a dump. Its dead, hardly any stock, either overpriced or cheap tat.
