Me and my partner originally came to look at suits for our wedding not with very much hope after visiting every suit shop in Junction 32 where the staff were either not very helpful or completely ignored us. My partner came across a suit in m and s which he tried on and instantly fell in love with. We laughed that we would never find 14 suits in this style to fit all our groomsmen. But... Along came Neil and his amazing team. Neil helped by dedicating nearly an hour and a half of his time solely to us helping us find all the correct sizes even pulling us out a rail to hang our thousand suits, tagging and tying them together. When all hope was lost on the biggest size which we could not find on the rail Neil and his team pulled out all the stops ringing around others stores and eventually finding us a discounted jacket hidden in the back (bonus). As we got tired and hungry Neil kept our suits to the side while we went to eat. On returning Scott and another lady helped us pay for all the suits very quickly without any stress. They were so kind noticing our car was parked quite far away and suggested we pick them up from the back of the store. The wonderful work did not stop there as for the rest of the week we realised a few suits did not fit, we rang the store and each time the person on the other end was so kind and helpful finding different sizes to put aside and sometimes even routing for us praying they had it in as they knew how much its meant to us. By the end of the week they knew my partner by name and what he was calling for. Neil and his team are amazing, they have made us feel so special and valued. Thank you all so much. I work in customer service in a very focused driving customer satisfaction role and the level of service, care and attention given to us is what we strive to be like.

Very annoyed that lots of the sale things were on the wrong sized hangers, kept thinking I had found something really nice then it was the wrong size. Matalan best at doing this but Marks and Sparks I expect better of you. Xx

I had a good visit at Castleford outlet,bought pyjamas for my sister who will be delighted with her gift,and a tea shirt for myself,staff we're and are very pleasant,even when I've visited the crown point store the staff fall over themselves to help,I wish all my visits to shops we're as pleasant thank you.if I have any criticism it would be there was a lot of dust on the floor,and that is why you got 4 stars not 5.yours sincerely C garnett.
