Quality of clothes is amazing, is slightly higher priced but it is worth it for the quality and it's cheaper than normal. The staff are always so kind and lovely with helpfulness around and in changing rooms. Had only a few incidents with really rude staff that didn't make me feel welcome.
Courteous and attentive staff. More than ample stock in all size combinations. We were billed extra in a recent trip. We had to call from home. Excellent customer service.. would like to highlight Alisha/Alicia for this. She's an asset to you! Thanks!
Not always the size range with it being an outlet and often quite messy in store. The products you can find at a reduced rate are good though. I buy the baby clothes and they are a good quality with lovely designs and wash well.
Happy, friendly and helpful team. Great offers, good quality clothing, easy to get around the store within Covid rules. Offered hand sanitizer and required store/covid guidance as you walk in. The team there are great at promoting and offering the best discounts you can get, even in store, makes me want to come back to shop again, even more. One young lady was very helpful and patient with me while deciding on jeans and sizing and style by listening to my preferences and giving me the help/advise I needed to choose, as changing room were closed, as expected. Thank you, this was greatly appreciated.
This is about to close and actually I'd say that the deals here are worse than before it announced it was closing! I've had a lot of bargain cardigans from here over the years. Gap always seemed expensive for something so simple at full price but here was reasonable. I think Gap suffered from people not understanding the sizing. If they'd have converted to UK sizing across the board, I think they would have gained a lot more custom. Anyway, Gap is another brand confined to UK fashion history. The seemed to be a lot of children's stuff left and lots of small women's jeans. I think there will be bargains closer to closing down time.
Really like the clothes but why constant price reductions. Never known GAP not to have a % off offer. Everyone knows the prices are ridiculously inflated and what you end up paying is what the retailer wanted in the first place. Stupid policy. Plus your sizes are very misleading.
Would highly recommend for jeans! Unfortunately, the shop is closing to go all online which isn't the best method of buying clothing for me. Staff are mega helpful and friendly.
I was only out for a walk but as soon as I wandered in here I was made welcome and well looked after by the sales staff. I tried on clothes, got advice and went home with 3 new garments, feeling very happy .
Love shopping here, always a good offer on making it affordable. Staff are always helpful and fantastic. Sad to see the outlet is closing down.
Factory outlet Gap shop.. Will these shops just close, they've already closed two of its stores they had in Hull and the clothing is just so dull and boring. Definitely for folk that think ill fitting jeans and and generic t shirts are fashion. It's certainly cheap but you must see clothing as simply that and not to actually look nice. The shops awash with hoodies, awful jeans and t shirts and no doubt all made incredibly cheap on some sweatshop production line. It's an avoid from me..
