If I could have given zero stars I would have . Having been in Retail for 30 years today we were given service at the lowest standard. No smile no eye contact no please no Thankyou just miserable faces . The young girl who served us was at best terrible and the response from I presume the duty manager was just as poor . I will be logging a formal complaint to the head office Monday morning .

I bought some boots from the store and when i sat in the car I was putting them and I noticed a rip on one of the boots. I put them back in to the box straight away and went back to the store within 40 mins and asked them to exchange them for another pair. The manager refused to exchange them and she tried to accuse me of ripping them. She spoke in a very rude tone and manner. She told me to leave the store with the same damaged boots and advised theres nothing she could do. I no longer wanted to exchange and asked for a refund and I did not budge until I got one! I have never been treated like this in my life, i will never go to that store again.

The staff are really great but the lighting is awful and off putting. The fact that you need staff to find anything above head height without pulling a whole section down on yourself is a bit ridiculous. Prices are good, not amazingly cheap or anything but still better than full price

This Starbucks in Junction32 is big and soulless - very loud and echoey even with only a few customer. Very few comfy chairs. Toilet facilities insufficient for number of customers  Good coffee and food and friendly staff.  Good disabled access, all on one floor with no steps. lighting is good.

Very good shop, lots of choice and quality. I struggle being a size 12 and I got the shoes I wanted straight away. The size 12 dilemma determines what I get so, I'm very happy and I will be returning.

Some really nice footware at reasonable prices. Bought a pair of Bugatti boots for £70.... can't complain as really nice and comfy

Went on Thursday 28th, and there was a buy one get second half price. Went back to buy two pairs today, 29th, and it was changed to 30%. Lost a customer!

Badly laid out. Aisles too narrow and staff who constantly wheel ladders up and down blocking off already sparse space so they can get a pair of shoes down from a shelf 22ft in the air.

My husband got some memory foam sandals -very good reduction and staff very helpful in choosing correct size
