The manager needs some lessons in customer service! Shocking!! They refused to refund our money on items that didn't fit. These were Xmas presents and were too small. The so called manager pointed to a sign behind the till that you couldn't read as the writing was too small saying that they don't do refunds! We won't be shopping at sports direct Castleford any more! We took our items to the store in the White Rose shopping centre in Leeds and the manager gave us our refund straight away, no fuss! The manager at this store was great, she said it was up to the managers discretion to give refunds but it wasn't our fault that they didn't have alternative sizes in and shouldn't be punished for this. Cas manager, get yourself on a management/customer service course because your skills are lacking! Top tip, go to the White Rose store if you want to be treat like a human being and a valuable customer!

Terrible customer service The young very unprofessional girl named Charleen will definitely loose a lot of custom with her clever cocky attitude which I experienced today I will sure be letting head office know about this girl .
