atrocious service, I was served by the rudest member of staff going and when I contacted head office about it was laughed at. Will be going to Waitrose in future, I wouldn't of minded Poundland service if I was actually in Poundland!

My partner and his brother visited the store in Basingstoke today to purchase a suit each and Mike in the gentleman section was very helpful and we couldn’t fault his customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend getting a suit from M&S because of his service.
