Excellent service this morning, I had been to hospital, had drops put in my eyes, forgot my glasses so couldn't see the screens to order what I wanted, very kind lady behind counter did everything for me.  Fast, efficient and friendly, can't ask for more than that.

Telephone contact number given  to contact store, was absolutely no help at all ? did not even give you the option to even find the order (fast track) that i was seeking ? very poor effort on there part and total frustrating as was not able to get into store in time given ??

A concept store with difference!

I found it as a modern store with online search program computers and online catalogue. Search the item, take the item no. place order and make payment, collect the item and go. If you are at give access the site, order and your delivery will be there at your doorsteps! If you are traditional paper catalogue person, collect a bulky catalogue and keep it as a reference at home.

Its fun to visit the place search on their PC-the only thing that takes away your patience is slow running PCs, it seems like they are running quiet old version of Windows.

Please Argos update and upgrade! Other than this you guys are great!

A bit old fashioned, no contactless payment and the wobbly ordering/paystations are often faulty. The staff are mostly polite and efficient.
