What I like about Zara is the fact that it does offer something different to what you see in other fashion retailers in Festival place. As it states in it’s description it is up to date with trends, in fact quite a few of the designs are copied from High end fashion brands, this isn’t a bad thing if you can’t afford the high end prices and it gives you more of the high end brand cuts over other retailers which is positive.

Rude staff and bad service. Returned a shoe cause it turns my leg a nightmare due to its poor design. However, the manager(!!!) acted like I got this shoe for free and started lecturing me. Annoying and perfect example how to lose a customer.

The sale assistance are usually rude and not only this. I bought 2 sweatshirts and the tear apart within 2 week of use. I do not recommend to shop from this shop as your cloth will fall apart and they not refund or at least exchange. I recommend TK max. Always refund or exchange. The reason of not refund, the manager she saying is not manufacturing fault, claiming that i tear them apart,
