My daughter was so upset that the artic fox gloves i bought for her birthday were faulty. However when I returned to the store the staff were brilliant. It was a popular item and sold out, but the assistant went above and beyond to make sure that the replacement item i received was even better than what I had originally bought. My daughter was so happy with her artic fox slippers instead... thank you, you made my daughters birthday!!
