Very helpful and friendly. Went in to buy something whilst on holiday in the area & was instantly offered a pharmacy first prescription which I didn't realise was available. I thought pharmacy first was only available from my regular chemist. Nothing was too much trouble even though they were busy
I have been a customer of this establishment for years,and never had any issues until it changed to Dears pharmacy, I never had any issues picking up my prescription, it is the same tablets all the time,but now there always seem to be something missing or not available, and as I live in Glenrothes, it's another journey to pick it up, and the staff have changed, it's just not the same. I was maybe a bit harsh with my review, all seems to be sorted now and my medications have been sorted, staff are friendly and welcoming. Should have waited until the teething problems were sorted.
My partner ordered her medication and called to confirm it would be ready for collection. I went today to collect, only to be told they've had no delivery and that it would now be Monday. Either her medication has been dispensed to someone else, or they've straight up lied. Terrible service from staff who would rather pass the buck than accept responsibility.
I called in for a prescription item which I knew you could buy also but not off the shelf, We were on holiday in the area and running low. The staff were very friendly, helpful, polite and went out of thier way to help me out. I cannot praise them enough. The store was clean, tidy and well stocked Thank you all for your help.
The staff are the most helpful I have ever known. I could not find fault with any one of them from my many years using their Service.nnThey should be celebrated for all they do.
