Story

Bernadette and her family now own the AWARD WINNING Cadham Pharmacy Health Centre.Our main new service this year is ENHANCED MINOR ILLNESS TRIAGE WITH PHARMACIST AND NURSE PRACTITIONERS. This meanS we cab TRIAGE and ASSESS for all Common clinical Conditions and INFECTIONS including Ear, Nose, Throat, Skin and UTIS. We can assess and treat for most conditions and signpost you if needed to you GP practice or out of hours if needed.

I feel so lucky and happy to be in Cadham with a caring friendly team helping to provide excellent clinical yet friendly NHS and private services

Hi my name is Wilma. Have been on steroids for four days and inhalers for my asthma. Today I was no better and thought I also had a chest infection. Was worried that I wad have to wait till Monday and try to get an emergency Dr app. I phoned Bernadette at Cadham Pharmacy and she said I could come straight down. She sounded my chest. Gave me a new inhaler. Showed me how to get the best from my inhaler. Already I feel so much better. The service I got from her was second to none. I feel confident that she is on hand especially on a Saturday. I did have a chest infection and now on antibiotics. Thanks Bernadette if it wasn't for you I would probably be in AnE.

Had my first appointment at the pharmacy tonight with Bernadette, very easy to book online through there website, the service I received was top quality and a got my prescription there and then.

The chemist had a few problems to begin with but now its all been refurbished it looks great,very clean and amazing staff

It's so refreshing in this day and age to see a family run business doing so well. Forget the franchised chains out there, This chemist delivers a top quality service and a first class customer service team. All staff are friendly polite and always go the extra mile for customers. As a customer for many years, I can vouch that this chemist is going from strength to strength always improving services. Great job guys and a big thank you to the team! Always a pleasure when I'm in!!
