My car made a weird sound so I went in to get it checked over when I was passing the garage and I told guys that it sounded like spring broke under the tension. Guys were pleasant and helpful and took my car to check on the spot. Unfortunately after 2 of them checked my cars suspension they both failed to notice the broken coil spring and told me everything was fine. I thanked and drove away. Month later at my Mot I was told that the coil spring is broken and needs to be replaced and that it has been ruining my winter tyres so I must have been driving like that for a while. Felt very disappointed that it was not noticed at the time It happened and potentially it will cost me more as my winter tyres were bought to last me a couple seasons and not to be ruined the first winter.

I've had issues with kf in past but they were brilliant and more than fair this time. Pity about the 'kwik fit is wonderful' audio in waiting room. It was like torture. Customers r intelligent. Please leave them to judge for themselves instead of trying to brain wash them.

The staff are helpful and will do oil, water, tyre pressure checks no problem. Always had good service with kwikfit.
