Managed to get one of the two tables they have outside. Late September sat in the glorious sun with a good coffee and great slice of cake. Very reasonably priced and the cakes we had were fantastic. Lovely staff.
Good ambience and coffee but not a good experience overall as the customer service let's it down greatly. The senior staff was somewhat rude and not very child friendly. None of the staff were sure regarding which cakes were gelatine free. The selection of vegan cakes was very limited. Will not be visiting this tea shop again!

Best cream tea in Whitby. Nice cup of tea and excellent scones and cake selection. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Not as good as we thought it would be cake average limited sugar delivered with tea not enough for two cups. If I wanted healthy I wouldn't be eating cakes
Nice traditional style cafe with a lot of contemporary and quirky twists. Excellent selection of cakes and overall good service. One of our regular stops whenever we are in Whitby!
A first stop after a lengthy drive to Whitby and glad we did. Lots of options in Whitby to choose from, but this cosy little spot had some amazing homemade cakes and the coffee was great. Very good service from the staff - would recommend this place if you’d like a quick cake and a cuppa.
