I hired these Mariachis through the manager David Castro last year and the experience was pretty positive so I even reccommended them to a friend. However last weekend I was let down BIG time. The person playing the trumpet left after the second song, so we ended up with a reduced line up. The show was extremely poor. This presentation had been agreed and fees paid for around 6 weeks in advance. I complaint to the manager David Castro. The response I got after following up few times, was appalling. Despite the fact that there was a reduced line-up, that the show was very poor, that they spoiled the party, the only compensation they offered was to play more songs or a discount for future parties as if I would hire them again. A real shame.
