DO NOT RISK IT !!! Have purchased with them for the friendly match vs Everton. I had to leave early with the kids and come to see the entire car park entrance blocked by other paying customers. They obviously over sold. NEVER AGAIN!!! ====== E D I T ====== I received an email the next day with an apology and a promise of a refund…. It’s been 2 month and no refund. =====EDIT # 2 ======== 3 months later I did get my refund.
Very poor experience, advised to arrive early, upon arrival the unit which is being used was all locked, apparently when a refund was requested the so called car park opened at 1120, not early after a 4 hour drive. Would not use them again, lots of car parking available at other businesses and cheaper.
Similar experience as someone else with the Everton friendly as I was also blocked in due to them overbooking the car park. A fault with the booking system and I too have been offered a refund and the option to park there for free next time. To be honest, I used the car park for the Brentford friendly the week before and there were no problems at all. Despite the issues at the weekend I think the customer service has been spot on. Forget what i said above. 2 weeks later and still no refund. Tried contacting them again and no reply!
To all our clients who parked at our car park for the Everton game Vs Man United last Saturday I would like to sincerely apologies for all the inconvenience and frustrations that some of our clients incurred at the car park last week. What happened was that there was a fault on the web site that caused the site to continue to accept bookings even though all of the parking spaces were sold out so went into negative bookings as a result of this twice as many cars booked and resulted in complete ciaos on site which we could not do anything about. We sincerely apologies to everyone who attended and were faced with this and can assure each and everyone that this will never happen again. We are a FULLY APPROVED and Authorized Car Park one of eleven within the area so those who felt we were not genuine please note this. Again my sincere apologies for what occurred Thank you
Pre booked parking for a match at 3pm yesterday, the game is tonight and their terms state when the game is less than 3 days away they will send the receipt which is required to gain entry via email within 1-2 hours of placing the order. Skip forward 21.5 hours, I have to leave shortly as I have a long journey, and I still have no receipt to print, therefore no permit to gain entry to the car park, and no replies to any of my several emails. I've searched for a phone number and cannot find one of these either, surprising that.
Impossible to leave after match blocked up all passage ways and exits. Prioritize money making over customer service. Money making scheme. 2min walk from stadium.
Absolutely horrendous place to park they squeeze as many car as they can result in cars being block. We has to wait over and 1 hour to get our of the carpark. Tried to get hold of some for a full refund with no joy
Booked for the Super League Grand Final. Easy to find and no problems getting away afterwards. I may use again when I attend as a Liverpool fan this season
Close to the stadium, local parking at half the price is around the corner.
Nightmare to get out off after a game or whatever concert going on.
