Am emotional rollercoaster in three parts. Act 1: trying to find the way out on foot. Act 2: trying to find the car again. Act 3: trying to find the way out in the car. Well, it's a helluva lot cheaper parking here than QPark, and infinitely less complicated than trying to use the on-street parking app - the traffic wardens are all retired ninjas at a guess . And the location is pretty good too. 5 stars
Lack of signage saying the car park shuts at night meant my car get locked in when I went to a show at the Everyman. I had a 2.5yr old with me who was tired and cold as it was -3° outside and whilst I frantically tried to find a way in or someone or who could help, I had to settle for an Uber home at a cost of £40. Luckily I only lived 20 miles away but someone in our party who also Parked here lived in Stoke. Utterly incompetent signage and lack of knowledge of the area lead to this error and I would recommend large signage being placed above the entrance prior to people parking so they know it's closed at night time. Only saving grace was it cost me £4.80 the next morning for 13 hours parking which is possibly the cheapest price in Liverpool for that length of time. However I would have preferred to pay that at 10:30pm the previous night and been able to drive home
Great car park I must have passed a hundred times and not noticed it being there. Nice wide ramps unlike JustPark, huge spaces and a really good price. The only downside is no lifts and the 8pm close. Despite what many other reviewers say it is very obvious that it closes at 8pm, it says so in a very large font in multiple places. It's nice how the exit is on the 7th floor so you aren't going round and round when you're leaving. And you can pay contactless at the exit if the queue is too long for the machines.
Why let people in at 7pm when it closes at 8pm? The attendant didn't even tell them as they went in, Women and a child. The council never shut up about bringing visitors and tourism to the city. If l came more than a taxi ride away l wouldn't come again. First off train the staff, then take down the all day parking sign.
Parked at 7pm, very dark and dingy. Poor signage so I struggled to find the pedestrian exit. Even worse, arrives back at 9pm to find the car park shut so had to taxi home! There was an attendant on the barrier when I arrived, didn’t bother warning me it shut at 8pm, I didn’t see any signs. Huge sign outside saying open all day - I didn’t realise that meant not 24 hour access. Expensive mistake, don’t bother
Fantastic price for city centre parking. The place in generally is in disrepair, no lifts working in the complex and a confusing instruction of leaving the car park leaving a lot of motorists queuing at the exit to pay on exit. All pay machines were broke on my visit. Cannot argue with the price tho, £5 for all day parking and it closes at 8pm
No lifts!!!!!! Stair case at exit end very dirty with a dead pigeon on the steps that was just bones and feathers - so had been dead a long time. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired!! Very very poor impression for any visitors coming to Liverpool!!!!!!
It's well located and cheap BUT it's dark, dingy delapitated, lifts haven't worked for cicra 5 months. Staff seem poorly trained and disinterested. LCC, should either run it professionally or close it down as its an embarrassment to our great city
It closes at 8pm and has just a small warning sign. Nonsense. I came back to the parking lot at 10pm and was shocked. How can the car park in the city center not be open 24/7? I had to return to Manchester with Uber. It's a terrible place. Never again!
