I went to return a pair of jeans, with my purchase receipt and with the size attached separately.  Unfortunately I removed them before trying it on at home.  It turns out that if you remove the labels even if you have them with you, you cannot make a change.  It seems very unfair to me, since I will never be able to use them again.  The treatment I had in the shop from the shop assistant was cold and distant.  At no time was she apologetic or understandable. I am Spanish and have been a client of Mago for almost twenty years, today they just lost a client.

Great selection of clothes for all ages. Spoilt for choice, could have went mad. Came away with three items wish I could have bought more now that the sale has started.

I was left a bit on shock on how the cashier completely cut me off the queue and asked the other customer to step forward. She could’ve easily say hey this other customer is next and you’ll be next.. but no. The way she handed was just on a very unprofessional way. I work in customer service myself and I would’ve never cut someone off the queue without giving an explanation

I go to this shop because my wife  loves it she always seems to get something different here staff helpful  great asset  to women's shopping  in Edinburgh

Have been looking for a blazer for a while and got what I wanted at Mango

Ok for a look not as good as Zara plus prices are quite high

OK store and selection - very reasonable prices

Good discount, manager is a bit aggressive

Smaller than I'd like but well stocked

Lovely clothes
