The pub has been done up very nicely. We were a large party,which I think tested the kitchen and the waiting staff. The food was fine but less would have been better as plates went back with 25% uneaten. Perhaps a simpler menu too as it was a challenge to choose from. Guess my summation would be B+ # coulddobetter
It was a very enjoyable evening. The food and service were excellent. I would highly recommend a visit. Good value.
Lovely Sunday lunch with the benefit of being able to choose a small portion which isn't small Staff really friendly and nothing too much trouble. Good atmosphere, nice surroundings
Excellent value for money at lunch time, haven't visited for years. Combined it with a lovely walk in the area. Moreless full on a Tuesday lunch which speaks for itself. Will be back :-
