Bianca was excellent to deal with. She talked me into a larger bin than I originally wanted, and thank goodness she did or I would have needed them to make two trips. Delivery were prompt and effortless. A great deal of care was taken to prevent damage to the driveway. Will definitely use this company again.

I have used this company many times over the years, they used to swap out full bins for empty bins the same day but unfortunately that is not the case anymore. Their punctuality has gone down hill drastically, Now I call for bin swap outs days in advance; 4 days in advance to be more clear. The day of my swap they don’t show when they are supposed to, even though they knew in advance about it. I end up having to call and they tell me it will be swapped at some point. This puts my job site to a stand still and end up having 4 guys standing around while we wait for the swap out. Now they are costing me money!!!. So if you’re looking to keep a schedule on your job site unfortunately this is not the company do so!
Was quoted a price for a bin on the phone, arranged to have it dropped off and pre-paid the price quoted. Bin was dropped off and picked up with any problems. Almost a month later I received an unjustified additional charge on my credit card. When I called I was told that "maybe they made a mistake and gave me the wrong quote." Terrible experience, don't waste your time with this company
I used this company "Global Waste" bin rental for removing tons of clean fill dirt from around my house. This company is the best in London in terms of pricing and by far the best service hands down. Will be using again thanks Global!!!
